We will not use your details for marketing unless you have asked us to, and we never sell your information.

  • Contract: where we need your information to give you a quote or carry out work you have asked for.
  • Legitimate interests: to respond to general enquiries and run our business, where this does not override your rights.
  • Legal obligation: to keep financial records required by law.

  • professional advisers such as an accountant, where needed for invoicing and tax.

We may also share information if the law requires us to.

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows an embedded Google Map on some pages. When these load, your browser connects to Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and the map may set its own cookies. Google’s use of this information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies on this website. The embedded Google Map may set cookies as described above. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

International transfers

Some of the providers we use, including Google, may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations or by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.

How long we keep your information

  • Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted.
  • Customer and job records, including invoices, are kept for six years to meet tax and accounting requirements, then deleted.

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
  • ask us to delete your information;

How we keep it secure

This website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and we limit access to your information to the people who need it to deal with your enquiry or job.
